And Arpachshad lived after he fathered Shelah 403 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:14)  -  1 / 80.

When Shelah had lived 30 years, he fathered Eber. (Gén 11:15)  -  2 / 80.

And Shelah lived after he fathered Eber 403 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:16)  -  3 / 80.

When Eber had lived 34 years, he fathered Peleg. (Gén 11:17)  -  4 / 80.

And Eber lived after he fathered Peleg 430 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:18)  -  5 / 80.

When Peleg had lived 30 years, he fathered Reu. (Gén 11:19)  -  6 / 80.

And Peleg lived after he fathered Reu 209 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:20)  -  7 / 80.

When Reu had lived 32 years, he fathered Serug. (Gén 11:21)  -  8 / 80.

And Reu lived after he fathered Serug 207 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:22)  -  9 / 80.

When Serug had lived 30 years, he fathered Nahor. (Gén 11:23)  -  10 / 80.

And Serug lived after he fathered Nahor 200 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:24)  -  11 / 80.

When Nahor had lived 29 years, he fathered Terah. (Gén 11:25)  -  12 / 80.

And Nahor lived after he fathered Terah 119 years and had other sons and daughters. (Gén 11:26)  -  13 / 80.

When Terah had lived 70 years, he fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran. (Gén 11:27)  -  14 / 80.

Now these are the generations of Terah. Terah fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran fathered Lot. (Gén 11:28)  -  15 / 80.

Haran died in the presence of his father Terah in the land of his kindred, in Ur of the Chaldeans. (Gén 11:29)  -  16 / 80.

And Abram and Nahor took wives. The name of Abrams wife was Sarai, and the name of Nahors wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran the father of Milcah and Iscah. (Gén 11:30)  -  17 / 80.

Now Sarai was barren; she had no child. (Gén 11:31)  -  18 / 80.

Terah took Abram his son and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abrams wife, and they went forth together from Ur of the Chaldeans to go into the land of Canaan, but when they came to Haran, they settled there. (Gén 11:32)  -  19 / 80.

The days of Terah were 205 years, and Terah died in Haran. (Gén 12:1)  -  20 / 80.

Now the LORD said[1] to Abram, Go from your country and your kindred and your fathers house to the land that I will show you. (Gén 12:2)  -  21 / 80.

And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. (Gén 12:3)  -  22 / 80.

I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. (Gén 12:4)  -  23 / 80.

So Abram went, as the LORD had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. (Gén 12:5)  -  24 / 80.

And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brothers son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people that they had acquired in Haran, and they set out to go to the land of Canaan. When they came to the land of Canaan, (Gén 12:6)  -  25 / 80.

Abram passed through the land to the place at Shechem, to the oak of Moreh. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. (Gén 12:7)  -  26 / 80.

Then the LORD appeared to Abram and said, To your offspring I will give this land. So he built there an altar to the LORD, who had appeared to him. (Gén 12:8)  -  27 / 80.

From there he moved to the hill country on the east of Bethel and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east. And there he built an altar to the LORD and called upon the name of the LORD. (Gén 12:9)  -  28 / 80.

And Abram journeyed on, still going toward the Negeb. (Gén 12:10)  -  29 / 80.

Now there was a famine in the land. So Abram went down to Egypt to sojourn there, for the famine was severe in the land. (Gén 12:11)  -  30 / 80.

When he was about to enter Egypt, he said to Sarai his wife, I know that you are a woman beautiful in appearance, (Gén 12:12)  -  31 / 80.

and when the Egyptians see you, they will say, This is his wife. Then they will kill me, but they will let you live. (Gén 12:13)  -  32 / 80.

Say you are my sister, that it may go well with me because of you, and that my life may be spared for your sake. (Gén 12:14)  -  33 / 80.

When Abram entered Egypt, the Egyptians saw that the woman was very beautiful. (Gén 12:15)  -  34 / 80.

And when the princes of Pharaoh saw her, they praised her to Pharaoh. And the woman was taken into Pharaohs house. (Gén 12:16)  -  35 / 80.

And for her sake he dealt well with Abram; and he had sheep, oxen, male donkeys, male servants, female servants, female donkeys, and camels. (Gén 12:17)  -  36 / 80.

But the LORD afflicted Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Abrams wife. (Gén 12:18)  -  37 / 80.

So Pharaoh called Abram and said, What is this you have done to me? Why did you not tell me that she was your wife? (Gén 12:19)  -  38 / 80.

Why did you say, She is my sister, so that I took her for my wife? Now then, here is your wife; take her, and go. (Gén 12:20)  -  39 / 80.

And Pharaoh gave men orders concerning him, and they sent him away with his wife and all that he had. (Gén 13:1)  -  40 / 80.

So Abram went up from Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the Negeb. (Gén 13:2)  -  41 / 80.

Now Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold. (Gén 13:3)  -  42 / 80.

And he journeyed on from the Negeb as far as Bethel to the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Ai, (Gén 13:4)  -  43 / 80.

to the place where he had made an altar at the first. And there Abram called upon the name of the LORD. (Gén 13:5)  -  44 / 80.

And Lot, who went with Abram, also had flocks and herds and tents, (Gén 13:6)  -  45 / 80.

so that the land could not support both of them dwelling together; for their possessions were so great that they could not dwell together, (Gén 13:7)  -  46 / 80.

and there was strife between the herdsmen of Abrams livestock and the herdsmen of Lots livestock. At that time the Canaanites and the Perizzites were dwelling in the land. (Gén 13:8)  -  47 / 80.

Then Abram said to Lot, Let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, for we are kinsmen.[1] (Gén 13:9)  -  48 / 80.

Is not the whole land before you? Separate yourself from me. If you take the left hand, then I will go to the right, or if you take the right hand, then I will go to the left. (Gén 13:10)  -  49 / 80.

And Lot lifted up his eyes and saw that the Jordan Valley was well watered everywhere like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, in the direction of Zoar. (This was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.) (Gén 13:11)  -  50 / 80.

So Lot chose for himself all the Jordan Valley, and Lot journeyed east. Thus they separated from each other. (Gén 13:12)  -  51 / 80.

Abram settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot settled among the cities of the valley and moved his tent as far as Sodom. (Gén 13:13)  -  52 / 80.

Now the men of Sodom were wicked, great sinners against the LORD. (Gén 13:14)  -  53 / 80.

The LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, Lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward, (Gén 13:15)  -  54 / 80.

for all the land that you see I will give to you and to your offspring forever. (Gén 13:16)  -  55 / 80.

I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your offspring also can be counted. (Gén 13:17)  -  56 / 80.

Arise, walk through the length and the breadth of the land, for I will give it to you. (Gén 13:18)  -  57 / 80.

So Abram moved his tent and came and settled by the oaks of Mamre, which are at Hebron, and there he built an altar to the LORD. (Gén 14:1)  -  58 / 80.

In the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of Goiim, (Gén 14:2)  -  59 / 80.

these kings made war with Bera king of Sodom, Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar). (Gén 14:3)  -  60 / 80.

And all these joined forces in the Valley of Siddim (that is, the Salt Sea). (Gén 14:4)  -  61 / 80.

Twelve years they had served Chedorlaomer, but in the thirteenth year they rebelled. (Gén 14:5)  -  62 / 80.

In the fourteenth year Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him came and defeated the Rephaim in Ashteroth-karnaim, the Zuzim in Ham, the Emim in Shaveh-kiriathaim, (Gén 14:6)  -  63 / 80.

and the Horites in their hill country of Seir as far as El-paran on the border of the wilderness. (Gén 14:7)  -  64 / 80.

Then they turned back and came to En-mishpat (that is, Kadesh) and defeated all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites who were dwelling in Hazazon-tamar. (Gén 14:8)  -  65 / 80.

Then the king of Sodom, the king of Gomorrah, the king of Admah, the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar) went out, and they joined battle in the Valley of Siddim (Gén 14:9)  -  66 / 80.

with Chedorlaomer king of Elam, Tidal king of Goiim, Amraphel king of Shinar, and Arioch king of Ellasar, four kings against five. (Gén 14:10)  -  67 / 80.

Now the Valley of Siddim was full of bitumen pits, and as the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, some fell into them, and the rest fled to the hill country. (Gén 14:11)  -  68 / 80.

So the enemy took all the possessions of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all their provisions, and went their way. (Gén 14:12)  -  69 / 80.

They also took Lot, the son of Abrams brother, who was dwelling in Sodom, and his possessions, and went their way. (Gén 14:13)  -  70 / 80.

Then one who had escaped came and told Abram the Hebrew, who was living by the oaks[1] of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol and of Aner. These were allies of Abram. (Gén 14:14)  -  71 / 80.

When Abram heard that his kinsman had been taken captive, he led forth his trained men, born in his house, 318 of them, and went in pursuit as far as Dan. (Gén 14:15)  -  72 / 80.

And he divided his forces against them by night, he and his servants, and defeated them and pursued them to Hobah, north of Damascus. (Gén 14:16)  -  73 / 80.

Then he brought back all the possessions, and also brought back his kinsman Lot with his possessions, and the women and the people. (Gén 14:17)  -  74 / 80.

After his return from the defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him, the king of Sodom went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the Kings Valley). (Gén 14:18)  -  75 / 80.

And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was priest of God Most High.) (Gén 14:19)  -  76 / 80.

And he blessed him and said, Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; (Gén 14:20)  -  77 / 80.

and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand! And Abram gave him a tenth of everything. (Gén 14:21)  -  78 / 80.

And the king of Sodom said to Abram, Give me the persons, but take the goods for yourself. (Gén 14:22)  -  79 / 80.

But Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lifted my hand to the LORD, God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth, (Gén 14:23)  -  80 / 80.
